1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase of eligible services.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our client portal or by emailing billing@ghazicloud.com.
2. Services Eligible for Refund
- Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Cloud VPS Services are eligible under the 30-day guarantee.
- Dedicated Servers, Custom Solutions, and Professional Services (such as migrations, custom configurations) are not eligible for refund once provisioned.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals are non-refundable once registered, as they are handled through third-party registrars.
- SSL Certificates become non-refundable once issued.
4. Important Conditions
- Refunds are available only for first-time purchases. Renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases are not eligible.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Promotional offers, free trial promotions, or special discounts may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
